To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in full and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in original packaging. This means, if you have opened and/or used it, you are not eligible for a refund.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you receive an item that is faulty, you are entitled to a refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you change your mind after purchasing, no refunds will be issued.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Returing product must be be returned with trackable shipping medthod. We are not liable for lost products and if we do not recieve product we will not issue refund.

A higher momme weight means the quality of the fibers in the silk is better, as in the fibers tend to be rounder, longer, more uniformly colored, and denser. Appearance-wise, higher momme silk is usually shinier and more lustrous due to a denser weave. 25 momme silk has a thread-count of 600 plus. 25 momme silk has almost 20%+ more silk per square inch than 24 momme does. This denser weave protects the luster and sheen that silk possess and results in stronger durability. It’s estimated that 25 mm pure silk sheets have almost double the life of lower momme weights.

Yes! All Silkyy products are made from Ultra Premium 100% Pure Mulberry Silk. We use the highest grade (6A) long fibre mulberry silk, with a thickness of 25 momme and enforce the strictest quality guidelines, including non-toxic dyes.

Absolutely! Choose a detergent designed for use on silk (we recommend pH neutral liquid detergent). It’s important that you use a detergent that doesn’t contain enzymes or bleach that will damage your silk pillowcase. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. When it comes to drying silk, air drying is ideal.

Wall Decal Instructions

• Ensure painted surfaces have undercoat plus 2 top coats.
• Allow newly painted walls at a least wall 2 weeks to air before application.
• DO NOT use on bubbling paint.
• Surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oils and grease
• Wall MUST NOT be textured ie. rough concrete, rendered or brick wall.

Prepare your wall by:

1. Clean with a warm damp cloth to remove all dust, dirt & fibres (as this can create air bubbles!) and drywall thoroughly with a paper towel. Leave for 24 hours before applying to ensure the surface is completely dry. 
2. Avoid using chemical cleaners, they may cause the adhesives to fail. Do not remove the backing until you have worked out the placement of decals on the wall.
3. Allow newly painted walls at least 40 days to outgas before application. Ensure you have used a good quality primer and please review our Check your Paint section below prior to purchasing. Please read the disclaimer section below prior to purchase.
4. DO NOT use bubbling or peeling paint. Walls must be smooth – they will not adhere to textured surfaces ie. rough concrete, rendered or brick wall.
5. It is very important that you allow at least 40 days for a newly painted surface to dry. Bubbles or failure can occur if the paint is still outgassing/flashing off. Also, make sure all drywall painted surfaces or a repainted surfaces have been primed (with a good quality primer) and painted in order to not leave possible residue or peel paint upon removal.
6. If you are unsure about a particular paint product, please contact & check with the brand of paint you have used prior to application to ensure it is suitable for your wall covering needs.

Our Fabric wall stcikers are removable and resuable Wall Decals are made from a patented adhesive material (polyester fabric). There is no Glycol-Ether or Formaldehyde in the adhesive and no Phthalates. Its environmentally safe and biodegradable over time, no PVC and nontoxic. 

Yes, absolutely!

We've specially designed our decals to be pre-cut and ready for you to simply peel, stick and smooth onto your wall. It is designed not to rip or wrinkle and can be pulled apart if it sticks to itself during installation! 
> TIP: Use blue tac to figure out placement on wall with backing first.

Be sure to keep the backing paper the decal arrived on as if you ever want to reuse this is how you transport.

In the rare instance bubbles continue to re-appear, this generally indicates that something is preventing the adhesive from sticking - you may need to relocate your wallpaper, decals or mural. Most bubbles are caused by walls that are recently painted (in the last 30 days) or cleaning chemicals that were used prior to installation and not removed with a warm, damp cloth.
