14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
To be eligible for a 14 day return and Money Back guarantee, your item must be unused, in full and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in original packaging. This means, if you have opened and/or used it, you are not eligible for a refund. For Orders we cannot replace only then we will refund.
Please see on product page if money back guarantee apply to the each individual product. Some products are not eligible for money back guarantee.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
14 Day Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee are not applicable if you have received your order and have changed your mind or purchased by mistake.
Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee are only available if your product arrives and if it is broken or if it never arrives.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
For those who have ordered and would like to cancel their order there is $55 AUD cancelation fee.
We do not take any liability of any health conditions experienced during or after use of the our products.We will not issue a refund in such cases!
REFUNDS & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (IF APPLICABLE)
Both returning a products and money-back guarantee required customer to ship the product/s back.Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via the contact page with the subject line “Refund” - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact” link in the header.
If your order is eligible for refund, we will provide an address to send the product and it must be send with a tracked postage.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to cancel the order on the same day and have not got tracking email yet from us there is a 40% fee charged.
If you would like to cancel order and have received the tracking details, We cannot cancel your order as the product is now with the shipping company.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form.
To return your product, you should email us prior to posting it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It must be trackable shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
